Last year Washington DC ran a series of advertisements aimed at keeping young adults off of synthetic weed. The ads featured young models dolled up to look like zombies. Much like the American Cancer Society's "The Great American Smoke-Out" (an anti-cigarette smoking campaign), the people responsible for the campaign have missed so big that it actually comes across as funny. Did the ads work, or was the prom ruined by The Walking Dead? This is just another Reefer Madness scare tactic that wastes taxpayers’ money.
